Public beta terms

Terms of Use

ContractPilot is being made available as a public beta to help buyers prepare for solicitor or conveyancer review.

Beta service

ContractPilot is an early-stage beta product. Features, report wording, availability and processing quality may change as the product is validated and improved.

No guarantee of completeness

ContractPilot may not identify every relevant issue in a property contract or Section 32. It may misunderstand unclear, incomplete, scanned or low-quality documents.

Your responsibility

  • Use the report as a preparation tool only.
  • Check the original contract pack and source clauses.
  • Speak with a qualified solicitor or conveyancer before signing, bidding or making purchase decisions.
  • Do not rely on ContractPilot as a legal, financial or property due-diligence service.

No legal advice

ContractPilot does not provide legal advice and does not replace a solicitor or conveyancer.

Users remain responsible for obtaining independent legal advice before signing any contract.

It helps organise questions and evidence for a more focused conversation with your solicitor or conveyancer.

Service changes

Because this is a beta, ContractPilot may change, pause or remove features without notice. Validation features such as feedback and pricing-intent questions are research only and are not a checkout or payment flow.

Try the public beta

Upload your Contract of Sale and Section 32 to receive a plain-English beta review. ContractPilot is an information tool, not legal advice.
