Public beta privacy

Privacy

This page explains how ContractPilot handles information and uploaded documents during the public beta.

What you upload

Users may upload a Contract of Sale, Section 32 vendor statement, or a combined property contract pack PDF.

These documents can include personal information, property information, title details, vendor disclosures, contract terms and related certificates.

How documents are used

Uploaded documents are processed for contract analysis and are not sold to third parties.

  • To store the uploaded PDF securely for processing.
  • To extract text and structure from the document.
  • To generate a plain-English beta report with key issues, solicitor questions and supporting evidence.
  • To troubleshoot failed uploads or report-generation issues when you ask for support.

Product improvement during beta

During the public beta, we may review usage events, feedback, report outcomes and technical diagnostics to improve ContractPilot. We do not sell personal data.

Where practical, product-learning work should focus on patterns, quality issues and user feedback rather than unnecessary personal details.

Deletion requests

You can request deletion of uploaded documents by contacting support@contractpilot.com.au.

You can also ask us to delete associated validation feedback where we can identify the matching record.

Include the report reference or upload reference if you have it so we can locate the relevant records.

Beta retention

During beta, uploaded documents and generated reports may be retained for operational support, security, quality review and product improvement. We are keeping this approach under review as beta usage grows.

No sale of personal data

ContractPilot does not sell personal data. Public beta responses are used to understand whether the product is useful, clear and trustworthy.
